NEW Applications for Habitat for Humanity Homes

Reading Habitat for Humanity
Work has begun on the first Habitat for Humanity home in Reading. There’s a possibility that there
could be another one. New applications are now being taken and are available at Citizen’s State
Bank. Applicants must have been living in Reading at the time of the tornado, be able to secure a
small mortgage and complete a Housing and Credit Counseling course. The housing sub-committee of
Reading Long Term Recovery Committee will assess the applications and make a recommendation to the
committee. Applications must be received by April 10, 2012. All applicants will be contacted after the
review.
